Established in 2007 we are a specialist firm concentrating on personal injury claims on behalf of individuals and pursuing and defending business disputes for small and medium sized businesses.

For Individuals

We handle many types of accident claims from minor through to very serious injuries and fatal accident. We are experienced in dealing with road traffic accidents, cycling accidents, moped and motorcycle accidents, accidents in the workplace and also claims caused for stress and injury caused by exposure to asbestos.

All new enquiries are considered from minor through to claims with complex arguments on liability or involving serious injuries. We have taken on and successfully pursued claims which have been turned down by other firms.

For Businesses

For business clients we can advise about disputes arising from breaches of contract or terms and conditions and negligence or debt disputes. We understand the importance of pragmatic, commercial advice. We can advise and pursue a recovery in a matter where losses have been incurred or a debt is outstanding. We can advise about defending disputed claims and give advice about funding the dispute.

The Individuals

Principal – Ian Huckstepp

Qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and specialises in personal injury and litigation disputes.

A wide and varied experience of all types of personal injury and general civil litigation claims acting for Claimants and Defendants and Unions and Insurers in all the courts from Small Claims Court to County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Experienced in mediation and ADR.

An interest in medical issues, Ian has provided medico-legal expert training courses for GP and physiotherapists and has written professional support practice notes, articles and case reports for legal publication.

Ian is a member of The Law Society and The Royal Society of Medicine.
