The Civil Liability Act 2018 will introduce some major changes to the way soft tissue injury (whiplash) claims from road traffic accidents are handled and to the levels of compensation payable.

The changes are due to come into effect in April 2020, but the full details have not yet been finalised. We were going to blog an overview of the proposed changes, but have found a neat summary which has already been published and there is a link to it below.
